What an awe-inspiring final recital […]. Lorraine’s high stamina programme consisted of Debussy, Berio, Beethoven, Ravel and Messiaen in a complex and incredible interweaving of styles based on a theme of ‘The five elements’. Impassioned, and sometimes volatile music filled the Clothworkers Centenary Concert Hall from the magnificent Steinway & Sons piano demonstrating her powerful interpretive musicality. Congratulations Lorraine!Owens
