A place on the course can only be reserved upon receipt of the fully completed and signed application form and must be accompanied by the payment in full. No bookings will be confirmed and secured until an email of confirmation has been received.
By completing and returning this form, you agree to The Online Piano Summer Academy processing the personal data contained in the form in order to organise, administer and host the course, and to The Online Piano Summer Academy contacting you using the details provided by you in connection with the course in this year and future years. Under no circumstances will The Online Piano Summer Academy sell the information provided in this form to third parties.
If a payment has been made in error, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of making payment. Outside of this period refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and supporting documentation will be necessary for refunds to be considered. Refunds will always be at the discretion of Lorraine Wild. Please note that deposits are non-refundable however if a place cannot be offered due to the course being fully booked your fees will be refunded in full.
In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, monies paid to the Online Piano Summer Academy will be refunded, but participants are responsible for any other costs incurred.
Safeguarding/ remote learning policy/procedures (applicable to all Under 18 participants)
·parents to be present (i.e. within the same room) at the start of a live communication to make sure that it is in fact a teacher from The Online Piano Summer Academy in the video
· students should be seated in a communal area of the home (i.e. kitchen, living room)
· if a student is working in a room by themselves (i.e. office or study) then it is important that the door remains open
· a parent will need to remain in close proximity to the student and be within earshot (i.e. same floor of the house or adjoining room)
· live communication should not take place within the student’s bedroom
Students are expected to join all lessons booked. If a student does not join their lesson within 15 minutes it will be assumed he/she is not attending. The class will be cancelled without refund.
If a teacher is unable to lead a lesson due to an unforeseen problem e.g. illness, The Online Piano Summer Academy will try to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time and/or arrange a substitute teacher.

The Online Piano Summer Academy reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the programme if they show any unpleasant behaviour towards others.

If a participant needs assistance or has any cause for concern or complaint about any aspect of the programme they should email Lorraine Wild and we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
The Online Piano Summer Academy is not liable in the event where it is unable to fulfil any service to which it is
contractually bound because of fire, natural disaster, acts of government, failure of suppliers or subcontractors, labour disputes or other reasons which are outside its control.
